Peter Monteh Tumnde

Peter Monteh Tumnde holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Ahmadou Bello, Zaria, Nigeria and a Barrister-At-Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School Lagos. His research interest is OHADA Law and he has published commentaries on the Uniform Act on Securities and Guarantees in Juriscope. He has also participated in several workshops and conferences on OHADA. He is a distinguished Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and Cameroon and Head of PM Tumnde & Co. Chambers, Limbe. He has been practising law for over three decades with an established experience in matters relating to execution of judgments.
